How does the Yes estimator work?
Our simulator combines several public and professional data sources to produce a realistic range of monthly and annual revenue. The data comes from Inside Airbnb, AirDNA, Airbtics and field observations consolidated across 66 French and European cities, including Valras-Plage. The methodology is publicly documented and every figure cites its source with a freshness date.
The calculation factors in the seasonality specific to Valras-Plage (a very strong summer season from June to September driven by the beach, the marina and the seafront, peaking in July and August, with a quieter late season), the median rate by property type and area (seafront, marina, close to the beach, Sérignan), the average occupancy rate and management fees. The result shows an estimated net annual revenue after costs, not a misleading gross figure.
